Remarks:

The accused returned to pre-accident employment as a forklift driver with different employers without advising TAC of a return to work. At the same time the accused continued to supply the TAC with Certificates of Capacity that stated that the accused had no capacity to return to work and all acknowledged by the accused that the accused had not returned to work.
