Client A’s offending was twofold, firstly having exaggerated pre-accident employment and provided false payslips to get an increased rate of loss of earnings benefits but then continued to work almost immediately post-accident in the same capacity as working pre-accident. As a result a total of $82,242.37 in loss of earnings benefits was fraudulently received.
