A previous sentencing indication of 3 months imprisonment had been given. The defence mounted an argument that the term of imprisonment should be imposed wholly concurrently.  The Magistrate accepted the defence submissions and sentenced the accused to 3 months imprisonment to be served concurrently with the current sentence.
