- At this time, there are 70 positions associated with projects that are coming to an end. They involve staff engaged on fixed-term contracts to deliver specific service improvement initiatives over and above our normal day to day requirements.
- These positions are not permanent and were always expected to finish when their fixed-term contracts on various projects were completed.
- Since we arrived in Geelong, the workforce has geared up to accommodate key projects associated with the fulfilment of our 2015 strategy.
- These initiatives were integral to improving the way we service people injured in transport accidents. For example, as a result of this investment, the TAC has reduced acceptance time of claims from up to 70 days to 5 days.
- The TAC currently has a head count of more than 700.
